The city of New Haven, Connecticut has a wealth of beautiful historical multi family homes in need of repair amidst its charming walkable urban fabric. Combined with the reality that there is a shortage of affordable Yale University Graduate Student housing, we have teamed up with RoomUnity to help restore and renovate properties throughout the downtown area. The goal of each renovation is to preserve and celebrate the original details of the structure wherever possible while optimizing the often tight existing spaces for community oriented living. We prioritize environmentally sustainable materials, energy and water efficient appliances and fixtures throughout, and work exclusively with brands and companies with committed sustainable agendas while sourcing locally wherever possible. Exterior landscaping supports tenant community gardens, pet sociability and bike forward mobility.
